Check-in: Is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only dependant on the availability of the room.
Our Chalet prices are based on 2 guests, for any additional guests over the age of 6, a surcharge of $20 per night per person applies.
The surcharge however may have already be captured depending on the booking system you have used.
Please let us know if the fold-out sofa bed, single beds or portacot are required so we can accommodate your needs.

Cancellation/refund policy: One night's tariff is required per room as a deposit for bookings, this tariff is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within seven days of your stay. With COVID 19, if travel restrictions are put in place where you cannot travel from your region then full refunds will be made as long as we are notified immediately.
Credit Card guarantees: Online reservations require the authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted but please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children, ashtrays are available at each Chalet. In the event of someone having smoked in the room, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
General: Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
Information Security: Your card details are collected, tokenised and managed by Paystation, a 100% PCI-DSS compliant online payment provider, to ensure the best possible credit card security.
